Go Sharjah app for iPhone and iPad

This augmented virtual reality application from Department of eGovernment allows you to engage yourself in the sights & attractions of Sharjah and to get information about the upcoming government events through your smartphones. It will allow you to locate and navigate to different sites such as government buildings and hospitals, public parks, police stations, mosques, tourist locations and vacant real estate properties. The entity information includes location, contact numbers, working hours, email, website and social media details. The application uses your GPS data for showing information. No personal data is stored with Department of eGovernment.Go Sharjah app used Background Location Service to identify any nearby Events and inform user as notification while you are not using the app
